Comparing this to book 1 (Tears of Tess) I found it so much darker/grittier, times I found myself shuddering with what Tess yet again had to endure at the hands of a sadistic bastard..

I thought this book was going to be all about Q, but then the unthinkable happens to Tess and it's like a replay of book 1 with more darkness thrown in..

This is where it started getting good for me, the story line started picking up and I was absorbed in the horrors of what Tess was enduring..I loved Q's drive to find Tess, to hunt the ends of the earth for her, to get blood on his hands if that's what it took..
EVERY PART OF ME WEPT FOR FREEDOM..I CAN'T DO THIS ANY MORE..I WANT OUT..I WANT TO DIE..
