So imagine Conan the barbarian and MacGyver as a foul-mouthed, rude wanker who is an aggressive asshole, a chain-smoking alcoholic, whore man ex fighter (Get my drift)..Meet Sebastian!!

You would think this book would be as boring as a nun's sex life, well that's where you'd be wrong, my hat goes off to the author, this book is so mind blowingly good it captivates you right from the start to finish..

Definitely gets my recommendation, nothing what I expected!!

This isn't a love story, but a story about love..

We first meet "Ysabelle Telle" who lived in the ghetto with a mother who was always high on drugs or booze and who did the unthinkable to her daughter at the age of 12, what this 12 year old Ysabelle went through broke my heart, something no child should ever have to go through and I think this is where everything broke down for Ysabelle, this incident was her undoing, it shaped what life was going to become for her..

Then we meet Sebastian who lived a life of luxury, and had a best friend Julia, these two did everything together, she was his yin to his yang, even at the age of eight he had that protective edge about him for her and that protectiveness never changed throughout the whole story, and I think that was his down fall..

Then add Olivia who was being adopted by Julia's parents into this story and that first meeting between Olivia and Sebastian, this is where things start to get complicated..

From then on  they became the three musketeers..Where you would find one, you would find the other two..

"I love you, but I also love Julia, I can't hurt her, but at the same time I am hurting  you and it kills me inside."

The day Ysabelle turned sixteen she left home and moved to Miami with $100 dollars in her purse and only the clothes on her back..

But the day "Ysabelle" met "Madam" changed her life completely...

The only time Ysabelle ever felt true happiness and at peace within herself was when she was using her body..

Without giving spoilers away when Sebastian and Ysabelle finally meet it's explosive, consuming, heartbreaking and above all else it pulls on your emotions..

Going into this book I didn't know what to expect, I thought it would be smutty as hell due to the content matter and the blurb and worried that I'd find myself getting bored, wrong wrong wrong!!

This book took me by surprise, it didn't start off where I thought it would start off it started right at the beginning where it all started, this won't make sense to you until you sit down and read this book..And you'll know exactly what I mean..

This could've come across really dark with some of the content portrayed in this book but believe me it doesn't at all..

The author has such a way of drawing you into this book that before you know it you've devoured it..So beautifully written!! And I can't wait to read more from this author!!

Sitting there and reading this it felt like all my emotions had been put through the wringer and spat out, times where I was fed up with Whitley and just wanted to shake her, then we have the pleasure of meeting Alex Wesson or not so much pleasure at the beginning and this here is what became my mind fuck!!

What he did to her was despicable, (won't say the names I called him, but you get my drift) then the controlling games he played made my blood boil, and this is where my mind fuckery came into play because towards the end without me realizing it I started liking the bugga!!

So all I can say to everyone keep an open mind whilst reading this!!

I want to say so much more but will wait until we're closure to release date and I will add to my review as I don't want to give too much away..

I really have no excuses why I didn't read this book sooner, I admit I did try but got as far as Tess and Brax's departure to Mexico at the airport and that's where I gave up as Tess was getting on my nerves..Then I looked at the reviews which are very mixed, it wasn't until 3 people told me to pick it up again and give it another shot, which is leads me here writing my 4.5 star review..I glad I gave this another chance, I picked it up again did a few eye roils at Tess but found I couldn't put this bugga of a book down!!

The instant she realized she was free she went a little wild, wild for Mia that is, drinking at bars, this is where she met Forbes. things moved quickly, dating morphed into Forbes becoming her boyfriend..

It seemed she'd jumped out of the fire into the frying pan when it came to Forbes, she escaped one life of hell only to land herself into another one just like it..And you can't help but feel sorry for Mia, you have to keep in mind she's led a very sheltered (abusive) life..

I love to read. I'm a huge fan of books and when I start reading anything, I usually forgo doing everything else, I mean the housework will still be there in the morning (right?). When I love a story or book that I've downloaded, I usually refrain from sleep and am crabby the next day - but only until I pick my iPad up and start reading again!
The idea for my debut novel HiT 149, came to me as I was chopping my vegetables for dinner and before the night was over I had written 10 chapters!
My goal with writing is just to take people away from whatever is going on in their lives, even if it's only for a split second.
I'm a go with the flow sort of person and don't really take a course of action to get where I am going. I live in the moment and don't usually worry about tomorrow because whatever life is due to bring me, I'll be happy to accept.
I love my family and friends and will help anyway I can if someone needs it. But I can be a bit daft sometimes and need to be told very specifically or it'll go over my head! I really don't like people that are nasty just because they can be, I don't believe that's necessary, I mean life is hard enough as it is!

First thing on her list is getting a tattoo, she's never been in a tattoo parlor before, but "The Ink Stain" comes highly recommended..

"I'm getting this damn tattoo, and nobody's gonna stop me."

Admiring the sketches on display, a deep voice interrupts, "Can I help you?"

Of all the works of art on the walls, none compares to the one she's staring at now. Angular, muscular features which seem to be carved in stone- slashing brows, luminous eyes, high cheekbones and a chiseled mouth..

She's caught staring, she knows it, and he knows it "See anything you like?"

I really enjoyed this book, swoon worthy moments, loved all that was Hemi and sympathized with Sloane and her need to break free..Was more to this book than just your average romance!1 Definitely recommend!!

This is where it all happens without divulging too much about the story, it's not smooth sailing but I will say that you'll have moments where you'll be swooning over Conner, he just seemed perfect for Lynae, he knew just what to say and when to keep his distance, it's a tough road he's going down to make Lynae trust and feel comfortable around him..And I will admit there were moments where I wanted to shake Lynae..

This book could've gone towards the dark side with what she had to endure but it was nicely written..Definitely will be keeping an eye out for book 2..
